Simple 4th Level Spells
AE Animate the Dead (Lesser) [ NE ] Creates one undead creature
Grimoire II Binding Pact [ LD, MA ] Compels caster and another to keep a pact or suffer 2 points of damage to all ability scores per day.
BoRL Black Hand Permanently drains 1d3 points of Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution from enemy; you gain these points.
Grimoire II Black Mulching [ P ] Plants 3 HD or less die, others take 1d10 points of damage.
AE Blooded Athame Athame becomes a wounding weapon
Grimoire II Bully's Curse [ C, MA, T ] Foe suffers -4 penalty to attacks and -2 penalty to Armor Class against creatures of lower Hit Dice.
Grimoire II Burning Rain [ Fi, W ] Targets suffer 2d6 points of fire damage per round.
AE Conjure Weapon (Greater) Creates +1 or better weapon.

Grimoire II Mark of Air, Greater [ A ] Subject can fly at speed 40 and has other power.
Grimoire II Mark of Earth, Greater [ E ] Subject has damage reduction 10/magic (or 10/+1) and other power.
Grimoire II Mark of Fire, Greater [ Fi ] Subject has resistance to fire 20 and other power.
Grimoire II Mark of Frost, Greater [ Co ] Subject has resistance to cold 20 and other power.
Grimoire II Mark of Water, Greater [ W ] Subject can breathe water and has other power.
Mystic Mind to Magic You suffer 2 points of temporary damage to spellcasting key ability but increase spell DC by +2.
Grimoire II Precognitive Flashes [ Ln, Ps, Si ] Caster gains +1 insight bonus to attack rolls, Armor Class, and Reflex saving throws.
BoRL Quick Escape, Greater [ Tp ] Create a magical door in a solid wall.
AE Remove Curse [ T ] Removes one curse from target
AE Stamina to Defense [ Si ] Caster suffers 2 points of Constitution damage but gains a +4 luck bonus to AC for armor
AE Strength to Strike [ Si ] Caster suffers 2 points of Strength damage but gains a +2d6 damage bonus for weapon
AE Telepathy [LD, MA, Ps ] Caster and creature communicate mentally
AE Tongues [ G ] Target speaks and understands languages
AE Touch of the Tempest [ A, W ] Touch attack inflicts 1d8 points of damage/caster level and dazes foe for 1 round/4 caster levels
BoRL Transfer Curse Passes a curse effect or cursed item from one creature to another.
AE Transfer Wounds (Greater) PE Heals 4d10 points of damage + 1 point/level
BoRL Treasure Magnet, Greater Takes worn or held items from foes.
Mystic Volley of Bolts You create a great volley of arrows that rains down upon your foes.
AE Wall of Ice [ Co ] Creates barrier or hemisphere of ice
